Description

An easy, flavorful weeknight dinner featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a creamy Caesar-Parmesan sauce, baked to perfection.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
  • Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a medium bowl, stir together Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
  3. Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle the olive oil over them.
  4. Spoon the creamy Parmesan mixture over each chicken breast, spreading it evenly.
  5. If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated breasts for a crispy top.
  6. Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F (75°C).
  7. Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.

Notes

Use a full-flavored Caesar dressing for the best result. For a lighter sauce, swap half the dressing for plain Greek yogurt. Pound uneven breasts for even cooking.
