Description
An easy, flavorful weeknight dinner featuring tender chicken breasts coated in a creamy Caesar-Parmesan sauce, baked to perfection.
Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Caesar dressing
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 cup breadcrumbs (optional)
- Chopped parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a medium bowl, stir together Caesar dressing, grated Parmesan, garlic powder, and a pinch of salt and pepper until smooth.
- Lightly coat a baking dish with olive oil. Place the chicken breasts in the dish and drizzle the olive oil over them.
- Spoon the creamy Parmesan mixture over each chicken breast, spreading it evenly.
- If desired, sprinkle breadcrumbs over the coated breasts for a crispy top.
- Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until an instant-read thermometer reads 165°F (75°C).
- Remove from the oven and let the chicken rest for 5 minutes. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
Notes
Use a full-flavored Caesar dressing for the best result. For a lighter sauce, swap half the dressing for plain Greek yogurt. Pound uneven breasts for even cooking.
