Ingredients
- 450g Penne pasta
- 1/2 cup Pesto
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 1 and 1/2 cups Heavy cream
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1/2 tsp Chili flakes
- Salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook the penne pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and chili flakes, sautéing until fragrant.
- Pour in the pesto, heavy cream, and milk. Mix well until the ingredients are combined and heated through.
- Add the cooked pasta to the skillet. Toss to ensure every piece is coated in that delicious sauce.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese and season with salt and black pepper to enhance the flavors.
- Heat for one more minute, then serve immediately while it’s warm and creamy.
Notes
Consider garnishing with extra Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves for added flavor. A side salad or crusty bread pairs wonderfully with this dish.
