Instructions
- In a large pot over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned.
- Stir in the diced potatoes and chopped onion, cooking for about 3 to 4 minutes until the onion becomes translucent.
- Pour in the chicken broth and bring everything to a gentle boil.
- Reduce the heat and let it simmer until the potatoes are tender, approximately 15 minutes.
