Ingredients

  • 2 lbs Chicken wings drumettes
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Juice of 2 fresh Lemons
  • Fresh Parsley or chives
  • 1 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
  • 1 tbsp Butter


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with garlic powder, lemon juice, and chopped parsley or chives.
  3. Sprinkle baking powder and lemon pepper seasoning over the wings. Toss until they’re evenly coated.
  4. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and melted butter, mixing well to ensure every wing is flavorful.
  5. Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings turn golden and crispy.
