- 2 lbs Chicken wings drumettes
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- Juice of 2 fresh Lemons
- Fresh Parsley or chives
- 1 tsp Baking powder
- 2 tbsp Lemon pepper seasoning
- 2 tbsp Olive oil or avocado oil
- 1 tbsp Butter
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken wings with garlic powder, lemon juice, and chopped parsley or chives.
- Sprinkle baking powder and lemon pepper seasoning over the wings. Toss until they’re evenly coated.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and melted butter, mixing well to ensure every wing is flavorful.
- Arrange the wings in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 40-50 minutes, flipping them halfway through, until the wings turn golden and crispy.
- Serve hot, garnished with extra lemon and herbs if desired.
