Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken tenders
- 1 tsp Garlic powder
- 2 large Eggs
- 1 cup All-purpose flour
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1 tsp Paprika
- 1 tsp Salt
- Cooking spray
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 2 tbsp Milk
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and prepare the baking sheet with cooking spray.
- Create your breading station with flour, beaten eggs mixed with milk, and a breadcrumb mixture with seasonings.
- Dip each chicken tender first in flour, then in the egg mixture, and finally coat well with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Arrange the breaded chicken tenders on the prepared baking sheet.
- Spray the tops of the chicken tenders lightly with cooking spray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Serve hot with your choice of dipping sauce or sides.
Notes
For extra crispiness, let the breaded tenders sit in the fridge for about 30 minutes before baking.
