Description

A delightful dish featuring juicy chicken coated in a crunchy Parmesan crust, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 4 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 large Eggs
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter
  • 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
  3. Combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl for the crunchy crust.
  4. Whisk the eggs with the minced garlic and chopped parsley in another bowl.
  5. Dip each piece of seasoned chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb and cheese mix.
  6. Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and gently brown the chicken on both sides.
  7. Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and pop them in the oven.
  8. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
  9. Serve your crispy chicken topped with a drizzle of heavy cream sauce or alongside your favorite sides.

Notes

For perfectly crispy results, ensure the chicken is well-coated with the egg and breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto the chicken.
