Ingredients
- 4 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 Fresh Parsley, finely chopped
- 2 large Eggs
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup Breadcrumbs
- 1 cup Heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Olive oil or butter
- 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 pieces boneless chicken breasts
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Season the chicken breasts generously with salt and pepper.
- Combine the breadcrumbs and grated Parmesan cheese in a mixing bowl for the crunchy crust.
- Whisk the eggs with the minced garlic and chopped parsley in another bowl.
- Dip each piece of seasoned chicken into the egg mixture, then coat with the breadcrumb and cheese mix.
- Heat the olive oil or butter in a skillet over medium-high heat and gently brown the chicken on both sides.
- Transfer the browned chicken to a baking dish and pop them in the oven.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until fully cooked (internal temperature should reach 165°F or 74°C).
- Serve your crispy chicken topped with a drizzle of heavy cream sauce or alongside your favorite sides.
Notes
For perfectly crispy results, ensure the chicken is well-coated with the egg and breadcrumb mixture. Press the breadcrumbs firmly onto the chicken.
