Garlic Butter Beef Bites with Potatoes


Description

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds beef stew meat
  • pounds baby Yukon gold potatoes
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1 tablespoon garlic, chopped
  • 5 tablespoons butter, cut into pads


Instructions

  1. Place the beef stew meat on one half of the crockpot and the baby potatoes on the other.
  2. Sprinkle onion powder, garlic powder, and seasoned salt evenly over both the beef and potatoes.
  3. Gently toss the beef to ensure it’s well-coated with the seasonings, keeping it separated from the potatoes.
  4. Scatter the chopped garlic over the top of both the meat and potatoes.
  5. Distribute the butter pads evenly across the entire dish.
  6. Cover the crockpot and set it to cook on low for about 6 hours.
  7. When the cooking time has elapsed, spoon the delicious garlic butter sauce from the bottom over the beef and potatoes.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy your meal!
