- 2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 pounds baby potatoes (halved)

Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Start by washing and halving the baby potatoes. Mince the garlic and set it aside.
- Layer the Potatoes: In the bottom of your crockpot, place the halved baby potatoes. Season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Add the Chicken: Place the chicken breasts on top of the potatoes, seasoning them with salt and pepper for extra flavor.
- Make the Sauce: In a mixing bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, heavy cream, minced garlic, and half of the grated Parmesan cheese until well combined.
- Combine and Cook: Pour the creamy mixture over the chicken and potatoes in the crockpot.
