Ingredients
- 2 pounds of potatoes, peeled and cut into chunks
- 1 cup of chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 4 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder, sour cream, or cream cheese
Instructions
- Place the peeled and cut potatoes into the crockpot.
- Add the chicken or vegetable broth over the potatoes.
- Cook on low for 6-8 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the potatoes are tender enough to mash.
- Once they’re cooked, add the milk, butter, salt, and pepper directly into the crockpot.
- Use a potato masher or a fork to mash the potatoes to your desired consistency.
- If you’re feeling adventurous, stir in any optional ingredients like garlic powder, sour cream, or cream cheese for extra flavor.
- Serve warm and enjoy!
