A comforting dish that combines the beloved flavors of lasagna with the ease of a slow cooker, perfect for busy weeknights.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
- Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; let simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of meat sauce as the base.
- Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
- Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese (mozzarella and cheddar).
- Repeat the layers, finishing with a generous amount of cheese on top.
- Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve hot and enjoy!
Notes
Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Pair with a green salad and garlic bread. Cool leftovers before storing in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
