Crockpot Ravioli Lasagna


Description

A comforting dish that combines the beloved flavors of lasagna with the ease of a slow cooker, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in the pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning; let simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a greased slow cooker, spread a thin layer of meat sauce as the base.
  4. Layer half of the frozen ravioli over the sauce.
  5. Top with half of the remaining meat sauce and half of each cheese (mozzarella and cheddar).
  6. Repeat the layers, finishing with a generous amount of cheese on top.
  7. Cover and cook on low for 240-300 minutes, or until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve hot and enjoy!

Notes

Garnish with fresh basil or parsley. Pair with a green salad and garlic bread. Cool leftovers before storing in an airtight container for up to 4 days, or freeze for up to 3 months.
