Description
A hearty and flavorful lasagna made effortlessly in a slow cooker, with layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and plenty of melted cheese.
Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
- 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
- Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
- In a greased slow cooker, start with a thin layer of meat sauce, then layer half of the frozen ravioli.
- Add half of the remaining meat sauce and half of both cheeses. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and finish with cheese.
- Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until everything is heated through and the cheese is gooey and bubbly.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
Notes
For a lighter option, substitute ground turkey. You can also add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition.
