Description

A hearty and flavorful lasagna made effortlessly in a slow cooker, with layers of ravioli, meat sauce, and plenty of melted cheese.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 can (24 oz) pasta sauce
  • 1 package (25 oz) frozen cheese ravioli
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning


Instructions

  1. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until browned and drain excess fat.
  2. Stir in pasta sauce, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning, and let it simmer for 5 minutes.
  3. In a greased slow cooker, start with a thin layer of meat sauce, then layer half of the frozen ravioli.
  4. Add half of the remaining meat sauce and half of both cheeses. Repeat with the remaining ravioli, sauce, and finish with cheese.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 4-5 hours, until everything is heated through and the cheese is gooey and bubbly.
  6. Serve hot and enjoy.

Notes

For a lighter option, substitute ground turkey. You can also add vegetables like spinach or zucchini for extra nutrition.
