Ingredients

  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup cottage cheese
  • 1 finely chopped onion (or shallots)
  • 1 cup grated cheese (like Swiss or Gruyère)
  • ½ cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Fresh herbs (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Whisk together eggs and cottage cheese in a large bowl until smooth.
  3. Stir in grated cheese and finely chopped onion (or shallots).
  4. Add milk, salt, and pepper to taste. Mix to combine.
