Ingredients
- 1 (14-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
- 16 ounces dark chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)
Instructions
- Open the can of cranberry sauce and cut it into approximately ½-inch thick discs.
- Place the sauce rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
- In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil, then microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir and continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth.
- Remove the cranberry sauce from the freezer, use a fork to submerge each slice in the melted chocolate, and let the excess drip off.
- Place the coated rounds back on the lined baking sheet.
- Return the bites to the freezer for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully set. Enjoy your treats!
