Ingredients

  • 1 (14-ounce) can jellied cranberry sauce
  • 16 ounces dark chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil (optional)


Instructions

  1. Open the can of cranberry sauce and cut it into approximately ½-inch thick discs.
  2. Place the sauce rounds on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze for at least 30 minutes.
  3. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine the dark chocolate chips and coconut oil, then microwave for 1 minute on high. Stir and continue microwaving in 15-second intervals until melted and smooth.
  4. Remove the cranberry sauce from the freezer, use a fork to submerge each slice in the melted chocolate, and let the excess drip off.
  5. Place the coated rounds back on the lined baking sheet.
  6. Return the bites to the freezer for about 30 minutes until the chocolate is fully set. Enjoy your treats!

Notes
