Instructions

  2. Once the mixture reaches a boil, let it cook for exactly three minutes, continuing to stir.
  3. Remove the saucepan from the heat and immediately stir in the peanut butter and vanilla extract until the mixture is completely smooth.
  4. Pour the fudge mixture into an 8×8-inch baking dish. Spread it evenly for consistent thickness.
  5. Allow it to cool completely at room temperature, then cut into squares.

Notes

For a creamier fudge, use creamy peanut butter; for added texture, opt for crunchy. Keep in an airtight container at room temperature for up to a week.
