Ingredients
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Bell Peppers, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped

- 6 Tortillas (flour or corn)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped bell peppers, onions, and chosen spices. Mix until well blended.
- Spread a generous layer of the filling mixture over each tortilla.
- Roll the tortilla tightly, placing the seam side down on a baking sheet.
