Description

These crispy and creamy rolled tortilla snacks are perfect for movie nights or casual gatherings, offering a satisfying crunch with a flavorful filling.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Bell Peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tsp Cumin
  • 1 tsp Chili Powder
  • 6 Tortillas (flour or corn)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, chopped bell peppers, onions, and chosen spices. Mix until well blended.
  3. Spread a generous layer of the filling mixture over each tortilla.
  4. Roll the tortilla tightly, placing the seam side down on a baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes, or until golden brown and heated through.
  6. Slice into bite-sized pieces and serve warm.

Notes
