Ingredients
- 2 large Eggs
- 2 packed tablespoons Brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon Ground cinnamon
- 1/3 cup Granulated sugar
- 1 1/4 cups Plain flour
- 1/2 teaspoon Fine salt
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla essence
- 5 tablespoons Unsalted butter
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 1 1/4 cups Water
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Whisk the eggs and brown sugar together until frothy.
- Combine the plain flour, ground cinnamon, fine salt, and granulated sugar in another bowl.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the egg mixture, stirring until smooth.
- Bring the water and unsalted butter to a boil in a saucepan, then add this mixture to your batter and mix until combined.
- Spoon the batter into greased mini muffin tins or pipe into shapes on a baking sheet.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 15-20 minutes, until golden brown and puffed up.
- Let them cool slightly before rolling in a cinnamon-sugar mixture and enjoy warm!
