Description

Delicious mini cheeseburgers topped with gooey cheese, perfect for gatherings and game days.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb Ground beef
  • Slider buns
  • 4 slices Cheese (American or cheddar)
  • 1 tsp Onion powder
  • 1 tsp Garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Optional toppings: lettuce, tomatoes, pickles


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked.
  3. Season with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper, mixing thoroughly.
  4. Shape the beef into small patties about the size of your buns.
  5. Arrange the patties on a foil-lined baking sheet and top each with a slice of cheese.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly.
  7. Slice the slider buns in half and toast them lightly in the oven while the patties cook.
  8. Assemble the sliders: place a patty on the bottom half of each bun, add your favorite toppings, and then cover with the top half.
  9. Serve immediately with your favorite dipping sauces.

Notes

For added flavor, mix in Worcestershire sauce or mustard into the ground beef. Experiment with different types of cheese or toppings for variety.
