A quick and creamy Chicken Alfredo recipe that transforms an ordinary weeknight dinner into something special.
Ingredients
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 1 lb chicken breast, sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Cook the fettuccine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the sliced chicken breast, cooking until no longer pink and nicely browned.
- Stir in minced garlic and cook for about 1 minute until fragrant.
- Pour in heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer, stirring occasionally.
- Add grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted into the sauce. Season with salt and pepper.
- Add cooked fettuccine to the skillet and toss until well-coated in the Alfredo sauce.
- Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
