Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
- 6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup green onions, chopped
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts at the bottom of your crock pot.
- Evenly sprinkle the ranch seasoning over the chicken.
- Cut the cream cheese into cubes and place them atop the seasoned chicken.
- Cover the pot and cook on low for 6-7 hours or on high for 3-4 hours until the chicken is tender.
- Once the chicken is done, shred it in the pot. Stir in the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon, and chopped green onions until combined.
- Serve on its own, on toasted buns, or with soft tortillas.
