Ingredients
- 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
- 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
- In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Gently fold in the cream mixture until everything is perfectly coated.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top it with the remaining cheese and sprinkle paprika if you desire an extra kick.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
- Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
