Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked chicken (shredded or diced)
  • 2 cups broccoli florets (steamed)
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika (optional)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper, mixing until smooth.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss together the cooked chicken, steamed broccoli, and half of the shredded cheddar cheese. Gently fold in the cream mixture until everything is perfectly coated.
  4. Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly. Top it with the remaining cheese and sprinkle paprika if you desire an extra kick.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes, or until the cheese is bubbly and lightly golden.
  6. Allow the casserole to cool slightly before serving. Enjoy!
