Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, cocoa powder, and baking powder until blended.
- In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, melted butter (or coconut oil), vanilla extract, and erythritol until smooth.
- Gradually mix the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients until fully incorporated.
- If you’re feeling adventurous, fold in some sugar-free chocolate chips or dried fruit.
- Pour the batter into a greased baking dish and level the top.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
