  • 1/4 cup chopped mint leaves
  • 1/4 cup chopped cilantro
  • 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon garam masala
  • 4 cups water
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
  3. Stir in the spices (turmeric, chili, and garam masala) and cook for 2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Add the chopped mint and cilantro, stirring well.
