Ingredients
- 2 cups green cabbage, shredded
- 1 cup red cabbage, shredded
- 1 large apple, diced (sweet-tart variety like Honeycrisp or Granny Smith)
- 1/2 cup carrots, shredded
- 1/4 cup red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon honey
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the green cabbage, red cabbage, diced apple, shredded carrots, and red onion.
- In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, apple cider vinegar, honey, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the slaw mixture and toss until everything is well coated.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving to allow the flavors to meld.
