Ingredients
- 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
- 12 slider buns
- 1 large onion, sliced
- 4 slices Swiss cheese
- 1 cup au jus
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add sliced onions; cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
- Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
- Layer the sliced roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
- Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
- Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
- Wrap the assembled sliders in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
- Serve with warm au jus on the side for dipping.
