French Dip Sliders


Description

Delightful sliders featuring savory roast beef, sweet caramelized onions, and gooey Swiss cheese, perfect for gatherings or cozy dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb thinly sliced roast beef
  • 12 slider buns
  • 1 large onion, sliced
  • 4 slices Swiss cheese
  • 1 cup au jus
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat and add sliced onions; cook until caramelized, about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Slice the slider buns in half and place the bottom halves in a baking dish.
  4. Layer the sliced roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese on the bottom halves.
  5. Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, and pepper to taste.
  6. Place the top halves of the buns over the fillings.
  7. Wrap the assembled sliders in foil and bake for 15-20 minutes until heated through and cheese is melted.
  8. Serve with warm au jus on the side for dipping.

Notes

These sliders can be stored in an airtight container for up to 3 days. Reheat wrapped in foil for about 10-15 minutes.
