Description

A quick and flavorful dish combining juicy chicken breasts with a rich garlic butter sauce, perfect for busy weeknight dinners.


Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (58 oz. each)
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 2-3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped


Instructions

  1. Pound the chicken to a ½ inch thickness using a meat mallet.
  2. Season both sides of the chicken with paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. In a small bowl, combine melted butter, minced garlic, and Italian seasoning. Stir until well mixed.
  4. (Optional) Sear the chicken breasts in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat with olive oil for about 2 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  5. Spoon the garlic butter sauce over the chicken breasts, ensuring an even coating.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 425°F for 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F.
  7. Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the top.

Notes

For added flavor, consider adding red pepper flakes or grated Parmesan during the last minutes of baking.
