Ingredients
- 1.5 pounds beef stew meat
- 4 medium potatoes, cubed
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

- Fresh parsley (for garnish)
Instructions
- In your slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat and cubed potatoes.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
- Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
- Stir in the Worcestershire sauce along with salt and pepper to taste.
