Ingredients

  • 1.5 pounds beef stew meat
  • 4 medium potatoes, cubed
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • Fresh parsley (for garnish)


Instructions

  1. In your slow cooker, combine the beef stew meat and cubed potatoes.
  2. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
  3. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1 minute.
  4. Stir in the Worcestershire sauce along with salt and pepper to taste.
