Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 tablespoons garlic butter
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or your choice)
- 1 package refrigerated crescent roll dough
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Optional toppings: pickles, onions, ketchup, mustard
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it apart as it browns. Season it generously with salt and pepper.
- Once browned, stir in the garlic butter until it is melted and fully combined into the beef mixture.
- Unroll the crescent roll dough onto a baking sheet, making sure to separate the triangles.
- For each dough triangle, place a spoonful of the beef mixture and a sprinkle of cheese at the wide end.
- Roll up the dough starting from the wide end towards the point, tucking in the ends as you go.
- Place the rolled-ups on the baking sheet and bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes or until they are beautifully golden brown.
- Serve warm, allowing everyone to customize their rollups with their favorite toppings!
Notes
Feel free to mix and match cheese and toppings to suit your family’s tastes. For added flavor, consider sautéing onions or mushrooms with the beef.
