Ingredients
- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 cups pasta (your choice)
- 1 cup Buffalo Wild Wings sauce
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts in the crockpot.
- Add minced garlic, Buffalo Wild Wings sauce, chicken broth, along with salt and pepper.
- Set your crockpot to low and cook for 6-7 hours, or set it on high for 3-4 hours.
- In a separate pot, cook your pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
- Once the chicken is cooked and tender, shred it in the crockpot and stir in the grated Parmesan cheese until melted and creamy.
- Serve the chicken mixture over the pasta and garnish with fresh parsley.
Notes
Feel free to use different pasta or sauces based on your preference. For added flavor, sauté garlic in olive oil before adding it to the crockpot.
