Description
Delicious bite-sized Gingerbread Truffles capturing the warm flavors of the holidays, coated in white chocolate.
Ingredients
- 1 cup gingerbread cookies, crushed
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 8 oz white chocolate, melted
- 1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- Sprinkles or crushed gingerbread for coating
Instructions
- Combine crushed gingerbread cookies, cream cheese, vanilla, cinnamon, and nutmeg in a mixing bowl. Mix until well blended.
- Roll the mixture into small balls and place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Refrigerate truffles for about 30 minutes until firm.
- Dip each truffle into melted white chocolate to fully coat.
- Transfer coated truffles back to the baking sheet and sprinkle with festive toppings.
- Allow to set in the refrigerator until chocolate hardens, about 15-20 minutes.
- Serve at holiday gatherings or gift to someone special!
