Description

A comforting and easy dish that combines savory ground beef, vibrant vegetables, creamy mushroom soup, and crispy tater tots.


Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables
  • 1 can (10.5 ounces) cream of mushroom soup
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 pound frozen tater tots
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil (for cooking)


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the chopped onion and ground beef, cooking until the beef is browned. Drain any excess fat.
  3. Stir in the mixed vegetables and cream of mushroom soup, mixing well. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese over the beef mixture evenly.
  6. Arrange the tater tots on top in a single layer.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30-35 minutes or until the tater tots are golden brown and crispy.
