Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup barbecue sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Combine ground beef with onion powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Mix well and shape into golf ball-sized meatballs.
- In a slow cooker, blend grape jelly and barbecue sauce until smooth.
- Add meatballs to the sauce mixture, ensuring they are well-coated.
- Set slow cooker to low and cook for 6 to 8 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours, until meatballs are cooked through and tender.
- Serve warm as an appetizer or main course.
Notes
For a lighter version, use low-sugar grape jelly. You can substitute ground beef with turkey or chicken.
