Delightful grilled beef street tacos featuring marinated flank steak and fresh toppings, perfect for gatherings or quick dinners.
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs Flank or skirt steak
- 1/2 cup fresh Coriander
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 Lime
- 1/2 cup White onion
- 1/4 cup Lime juice
- 2 tbsp Soy sauce
- 1/2 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 12 small Corn tortillas
- 1/4 cup Orange juice
Instructions
- Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
- Submerge the flank or skirt steak in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the marinated steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on doneness.
- Warm your corn tortillas on the grill or a dry skillet.
- Dice the white onion and chop the coriander.
- Assemble the tacos by placing grilled steak on tortillas, topping with onion, coriander, and a squeeze of lime.
Notes
These tacos can be served with lime wedges and salsa verde for added flavor.
