Description

Delightful grilled beef street tacos featuring marinated flank steak and fresh toppings, perfect for gatherings or quick dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lbs Flank or skirt steak
  • 1/2 cup fresh Coriander
  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 Lime
  • 1/2 cup White onion
  • 1/4 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1/2 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 12 small Corn tortillas
  • 1/4 cup Orange juice


Instructions

  1. Whisk together lime juice, soy sauce, orange juice, olive oil, salt, pepper, and minced garlic in a bowl to create the marinade.
  2. Submerge the flank or skirt steak in the marinade and let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Grill the marinated steak for about 5-7 minutes on each side, depending on doneness.
  5. Warm your corn tortillas on the grill or a dry skillet.
  6. Dice the white onion and chop the coriander.
  7. Assemble the tacos by placing grilled steak on tortillas, topping with onion, coriander, and a squeeze of lime.

Notes

These tacos can be served with lime wedges and salsa verde for added flavor.
