Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix melted butter and granulated sugar until well combined.
- Add in the eggs and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth.
- Gradually add the flour, baking soda, and salt to the mixture, mixing until a dough forms.
- Stir in green food coloring until desired color is achieved.
- Drop tablespoons of dough onto a lined baking sheet, spacing them apart.
- Add a single red sprinkle on top of each cookie to represent the Grinch’s heart.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are lightly golden.
