Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/4 cup coconut flour
  • 1/4 cup sweetener (like monk fruit or stevia)
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Cooking spray


Instructions

  1. In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
  2. Fold in unsweetened applesauce and vanilla extract, mixing until a slightly sticky dough forms.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
  4. Shape the dough into small bite-sized pieces and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
  5. Lightly spray the bites with cooking spray.
  6. Air fry for 10-12 minutes or until golden brown, watching closely to prevent overcooking.
  7. Allow to cool slightly before serving and enjoy your healthy churro bites!

Notes
