- 1/2 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine almond flour, coconut flour, sweetener, cinnamon, baking powder, and salt. Stir until evenly mixed.
- Fold in unsweetened applesauce and vanilla extract, mixing until a slightly sticky dough forms.
- Preheat your air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Shape the dough into small bite-sized pieces and place them in the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.
- Lightly spray the bites with cooking spray.
