Ingredients

- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup cooked brown rice
- 1 onion, diced

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce

Instructions
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the diced onion and minced garlic; sauté until the onions are translucent and fragrant.
