Ingredients
- 1 1/2 lbs chicken breast (1 inch thickness)

- 1/3 cup Italian bread crumbs

- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 lbs red potatoes (cut into halves)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, combine the ingredients for the potatoes.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on the baking sheet and roast for 10-15 minutes.
- While the potatoes are roasting, mix together the chicken ingredients.
- Add the chicken to the baking sheet with the potatoes.
- In the same bowl, toss the green beans with olive oil, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- Add the green beans to the pan.
- Bake for about 25 minutes until the chicken is cooked through.
- Allow to cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For best results, pat the chicken dry before coating and ensure potatoes are well-browned for texture.
