Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 cup diced pickles
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Lettuce leaves for wrapping


Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, shredded cheddar cheese, diced onion, diced pickles, egg, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Mix everything until well combined.
  4. Form the mixture into small, bite-sized patties.
