Ingredients
- Cooked chicken (shredded or cubed)
- Greek yogurt
- Laughing Cow cheese
- Low-carb tortillas
Instructions
- Cook your chicken in a skillet over medium heat until it’s fully cooked through.
- Combine the cooked chicken with Greek yogurt and Laughing Cow cheese in a mixing bowl, stirring until smooth.
- Spread the chicken mixture on one half of a low-carb tortilla.
- Fold the tortilla over and place it back into the skillet.
- Cook until crispy and golden brown on both sides, about 3-4 minutes per side.
- Slice into wedges and serve hot with your favorite sides.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. For reheating, use a skillet or microwave. Can be frozen for up to 2 months.
