  • 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup or agave syrup (optional for sweetness)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Pinch of salt


Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine chia seeds, almond milk, chocolate protein powder, maple syrup (if using), vanilla extract, and a pinch of salt.
  2. Whisk the mixture well until everything is thoroughly combined.
  3. Allow the mixture to sit for about 5 minutes, then whisk again to ensure there are no clumps.
  4. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or preferably overnight, to thicken.
