- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a muffin tin with paper liners.

- In another bowl, whisk together the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon if you’re using it.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.

- Divide the batter evenly among the muffin cups.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean.
