Cheesy, crispy, and packed with protein, these High Protein Pepperoni Pizza Rolls are perfect for weeknight dinners or as a fun game day snack.


Ingredients

  • 6 high-protein tortillas or wraps
  • 1 cup lean ground turkey or chicken (cooked and seasoned)
  • ½ cup reduced-fat mozzarella cheese
  • ¼ cup turkey pepperoni slices
  • ⅓ cup marinara sauce (no sugar added)
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp oregano
  • Olive oil spray or egg wash (for crisping)
  • Optional: chili flakes, fresh basil, cottage cheese or ricotta for extra creaminess


Instructions

  1. Cook the meat: Brown the ground turkey or chicken in a skillet over medium heat with garlic powder and oregano. Drain excess fat and let it cool slightly.
  2. Assemble the filling: In a bowl, combine the cooked meat, mozzarella, turkey pepperoni, and marinara sauce.
  3. Fill the wraps: Lay a tortilla flat, spoon the filling into the center, fold the sides in, and roll tightly.
  4. Seal and crisp: Brush the tops of the rolls with olive oil or egg wash.
  5. Cook: Air fry at 375°F (190°C) for 8–10 minutes or bake at 400°F (200°C) for 12–15 minutes until golden brown.
  6. Serve: Let cool slightly before serving, with additional marinara for dipping.
