A creamy, cheesy dip with corn and green chilis that’s perfect for parties.
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sour cream
- 8 oz Cream cheese
- 2 cups Cheddar cheese
- 2 (15.25 ounce) cans Southwest corn
- 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 8 Green onions
- 1/3 cup Cilantro
- 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
- 1 tsp Black pepper
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Instructions
- Start by taking a large mixing bowl and combining the cream cheese with the sour cream. Whip them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, and salt for flavor enhancement.
- Add the cilantro and green onions, followed by the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, along with the cans of Southwest corn.
- Mix in the cheddar cheese until everything is well combined.
- Serve the dip chilled or at room temperature with crispy tortilla chips, and enjoy!
Notes
This dip can be stored in the refrigerator for 3-5 days or frozen for 1-2 months. Best served chilled or at room temperature.
