Description

A creamy, cheesy dip with corn and green chilis that’s perfect for parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Sour cream
  • 8 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 cups Cheddar cheese
  • 2 (15.25 ounce) cans Southwest corn
  • 10 oz Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies
  • 8 Green onions
  • 1/3 cup Cilantro
  • 1/2 tsp Garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1/2 tsp Salt


Instructions

  1. Start by taking a large mixing bowl and combining the cream cheese with the sour cream. Whip them together until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  2. Stir in the garlic powder, black pepper, and salt for flavor enhancement.
  3. Add the cilantro and green onions, followed by the Rotel diced tomatoes and green chilies, along with the cans of Southwest corn.
  4. Mix in the cheddar cheese until everything is well combined.
  5. Serve the dip chilled or at room temperature with crispy tortilla chips, and enjoy!
