Description

Ingredients

  • 1 lb large Shrimp
  • 6 cloves Garlic
  • 1/4 cup fresh Parsley
  • 1 lb Spaghetti
  • 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
  • Salt
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/4 cup Olive oil


Instructions

  1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
  2. In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
  3. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
  5. Gently combine the cooked spaghetti, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
  6. Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper if desired.

Notes
