Ingredients
- 1 lb large Shrimp
- 6 cloves Garlic
- 1/4 cup fresh Parsley
- 1 lb Spaghetti
- 1/2 tsp Red pepper flakes
- Salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup Olive oil
Instructions
- Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Toss in the shrimp and cook until they turn pink, which should take about 3-4 minutes.
- Gently combine the cooked spaghetti, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet.
- Serve immediately, garnished with extra parsley and a sprinkle of black pepper if desired.
