Instructions

  1. Prepare each appetizer using traditional recipes.
  2. For bruschetta, toast slices of bread until golden brown, then top with a mixture of diced tomatoes, basil, and a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. For stuffed mushrooms, hollow out caps and fill them with cheese, herbs, and breadcrumbs, then bake until bubbly.
  4. Assemble caprese skewers with cherry tomatoes, mozzarella balls, and fresh basil leaves.
  5. Arrange cured meats, cheeses, and olives for an antipasto platter.
  6. Combine thin slices of prosciutto with melon for refreshing bites.
  7. Make arancini by forming risotto into balls, breading, and frying until golden.
  8. Blend olives and capers for the olive tapenade.
  9. Form mini meatballs and bake or fry until cooked through.
  10. Coat calamari rings in seasoned flour and fry until crispy.
  11. Cook Italian sausage and serve with toothpicks.
  12. Boil cheese ravioli in salted water and serve with sauce.
  13. Spread garlic butter on French bread slices and toast in the oven.
  14. Prepare tiramisu bites by layering coffee-soaked cake with mascarpone.
