Ingredients
- 2 Cucumbers, sliced
- 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
- 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves, torn
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, mozzarella, tomatoes, and torn basil leaves.
- Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
