Description

A delightful twist on the classic Caprese dish combining cucumbers, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes for a refreshing summer salad.


Ingredients

  • 2 Cucumbers, sliced
  • 8 oz Fresh mozzarella cheese, cubed
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil leaves, torn
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic vinegar
  • Salt and pepper, to taste


Instructions

  1. Slice the cucumbers, mozzarella, and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the sliced cucumbers, mozzarella, tomatoes, and torn basil leaves.
  3. Drizzle the mixture with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  5. Toss gently to combine and serve immediately.
