Ingredients
- 1 lb Chicken

- 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
- 2 tsp Dried Oregano

- 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice

- 1 tsp Salt
- 2 tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 tsp Ground Cumin
- 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt
Instructions
- Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a vibrant marinade.
- Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are completely coated. Cover and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 240 minutes for maximum flavor.
- Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat when ready to grill.
- Grill the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
- Serve with a generous dollop of Greek yogurt, garnishing with parsley or dill as desired.
