  • 3 cloves Garlic
  • 1 tbsp Lemon Zest
  • 2 tsp Dried Oregano
  • 1 Fresh Parsley or Dill
  • 2 tbsp Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 1 tsp Ground Cumin
  • 1 cup Plain Greek Yogurt


Instructions

  1. Mix together the olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, cumin, salt, and pepper to create a vibrant marinade.
  2. Add the chicken tenders to the marinade, ensuring they are completely coated. Cover and let them marinate in the fridge for at least 240 minutes for maximum flavor.
  3. Preheat your grill or oven to medium-high heat when ready to grill.
  4. Grill the chicken tenders for about 5-7 minutes on each side or until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F (75°C).
