Ingredients
- 2 lbs chicken breast, cooked and shredded
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1 cup diced tomatoes (canned or fresh)
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp chili powder
- 1 tsp cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions
- In a large pot, sauté the onions and garlic over medium heat until they’re soft and fragrant.
- Add in the shredded chicken, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, chili powder, cumin, salt, and pepper. Stir everything together to combine.
- Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat and let it simmer for about 20 minutes to blend the flavors.
- Stir in the cream cheese until it melts and becomes well incorporated into the chili.
