Ingredients
- 1 lb ground beef
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional)
- 2 cups cooked rice
- 2 green onions, sliced
Instructions
- Heat the sesame oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
- Add the ground beef and cook until browned, stirring frequently.
- Stir in the soy sauce, brown sugar, and red pepper flakes.
- Let simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Serve over cooked rice and garnish with sliced green onions.
