Instructions
- If using frozen hash browns, follow package instructions to cook until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
- In a separate skillet, scramble the eggs over medium heat until fully cooked. Season with salt and black pepper, then set aside.
- Smashed the avocado using a fork in a bowl, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Layer crispy hash browns on a serving plate, generously topping each with smashed avocado.
