Ingredients
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup milk (or non-dairy alternative)
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/4 cup toasted pecans
- 1/4 cup toasted walnuts
Instructions
- In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, milk, Greek yogurt, brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon. Stir well until everything is mixed thoroughly.
- Divide the mixture evenly into two jars or containers, making sure to scoop every last bit.
- Cover and refrigerate overnight, allowing the oats to soak and soften.
- In the morning, simply stir the oats and top with toasted pecans and walnuts before serving.
